To cater to the needs of the avid boater and fisherman, the resort is located inside the boat house marina complex which features 65 wetslips ,200 hurricane resistant, built to stand 155 miles an hour winds (cat 5) dry racks with unlimited ins and outs, a fuel dock, ice maker, rest rooms ,showers and a charming ship store with bait and tackle, resort wear, beer and wine .
Defined by classic Key West architecture, Coral Lagoon Marina Homes Resort's distinctive design motif exemplifies ship-building practices adapted from the Caribbean and New England.
