We understand that vacation days are precious. Therefore, we have a policy of ‘No Fish-No Pay’ for full-day charters.
Here's how it works:
If you don’t catch fish while aboard a Coral Lagoon Deluxe Fishing Package charter boat (full day), all you pay is the customary tip of 10% per person to the captain and the mate. This guarantee is intended to relax the anxious or first time angler while enjoying a Deluxe Fishing Package. It also proves that we have faith in our Deluxe Fishing Package Captains and Mates, and that they will locate fish for you. Again, they don’t just enjoy taking boat rides, but completely understand that catching is the ultimate goal.
We not only guarantee fish, but excellent service, top-of-the-line equipment and good weather conditions. Guests booked aboard each charter will be told about rough seas before the trip begins and have the right to decide whether or not to proceed. In some cases, the captain will cancel the charter because of inclement weather or unsafe ocean conditions. In either event, resort guests will be refunded any deposits.
