The cancellation policy for any dive or snorkel trips, private charters, groups, dive/accommodation packages or instructions is as follows:
- Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your reservation will be charged a cancellation fee of 1/2 of the total price. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to reservations will be charged in full.
- Considerable time and effort goes into preparing for your arrival. Therefore, the following cancellation policies are strictly enforced for the consideration of the other guests, passengers and crew.
- For holidays and special events, the cancellation time frame is 30 days from your actual reservation.
Weather cancellations are made by our Captain only and then any fees would not apply. |
